Aleksandra Mykowska
Graduate of Psychology at the Jagiellonian University (specialization: management and innovation), management practitioner. She completed e.g. postgraduate studies „IT technologies in corporate management” Tischner European University; „Small and Medium Enterprise Management Academy” held by the Institute of Business Environment based on President Academy according to the Japanese Programme. Since 2002, she has been running her own training and consulting company „Dom Szkoleń i Doradztwa” (House of Trainings and Consulting), where she employs a dozen or so full-time employees and several dozens of constant partner. She specializes in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises. She is currently working on blended learning projects with a total value of PLN 3.5 M related to improvement of professional competences. For several years, she has been participating in various conferences and seminars concerning continuing and professional education, remote learning etc. She is interested in innovative and engaging forms of professional and personal development.
