At EDUCA we are presenting results of our research on intrinsic motivation of e-learning users for the first time. The aim of the research was to identify factors determining the internal motivation for the e-learning use.
Key findings:
1. Self-motivation to use tested e-learning can be affected by increasing:
a. A positive evaluation of e-learning platform
b. Usefulness assessment of the of the knowledge gained at the course in the work environment
c.  Easiness of use of e-learning platform
d. Autonomy of the participants, giving them a choice in what extent they use the e-learning course

2. We can form the intention of the participants to use the platform in the future by:
a. Creating their higher internal motivation to participate
b. Meeting their expectations
c. Excitation a positive assessment of e-learning and the platform.
