We have accomplished the mission of helping people and companies in development since 2002. Over past three years we have trained a thousand people.

We support our trainings by advisory activities, including individual counseling, coaching, planning career and development paths.
In our training we care about the development of each of the three dimensions of competence:
- Participants of our training expand their knowledge
- They develop practical skills through interesting workshops
- They evolve the attitudes that conducive to higher efficiency
Our activities are directed primarily to small and medium enterprises.
At EDUCA we are presenting results of our research on intrinsic motivation of e-learning users for the first time. The aim of the research was to identify factors determining the internal motivation for the e-learning use.
Key findings:
1. Self-motivation to use tested e-learning can be affected by increasing:
a. A positive evaluation of e-learning platform
b. Usefulness assessment of the of the knowledge gained at the course in the work environment
c. Easiness of use of e-learning platform
d. Autonomy of the participants, giving them a choice in what extent they use the e-learning course
2. We can form the intention of the participants to use the platform in the future by:
a. Creating their higher internal motivation to participate
b. Meeting their expectations
c. Excitation a positive assessment of e-learning and the platform.

We are looking for partners to cooperate with in three basic areas:
1. We are looking for a partner for running multinational projects together. We would also like to exchange experiences and share ideas and knowledge.
2. Gaining accreditation in area of soft and semi-soft skills enabling us to certify the trainees who completed our trainings.
3. We are considering the distribution and representation of training and education products and tools on the Polish market.

We took part in EDULEARN11, the 3rd annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies in Barcelona. EDULEARN11 is an International Forum for those who wish to present their projects and discuss the latest innovations and results in the field of New Technologies in Education, E-learning and methodologies applied to Education and Research. The attendance of more than 700 delegates from 70 different countries is expected.
